If you are currently having issues please start by trying a different device and/or different browser. Please also send an email to email@example.com answering the following questions:
- What is the nature of the streaming issue you are having (drops the stream, lags, no video). Please be as specific and descriptive as you can.
- What device are you using (mac laptop, pc, iPhone, iPad, etc.) and what Operating System does it use (iOS, Android, etc.)
- What browser or app are you using to stream (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
- Are you casting/sending the stream from one device to another (ex. iPhone to AirPlay on a TV)
- What internet provider do you have
